From the ages of 25-28 Eddie embarked on a 4-wheel drive education in the Sahara Desert, which he claims, earned him the right to call himself a "Roads Scholar". During these early years Eddie racked up a mind-blowing 34 crossings of the Sahara, and became the envy of his city-bound friends.
Since those tough early days, Eddie has made a name for himself as one of the top guides in the Africa guiding world, and to date has logged an incredible 41 climbs of Mount Kilimanjaro.
