"Both of these guys (Kombe and Gaudence) are not only excellent Tusker guides. They're two of the finest young men I've ever met."

Vehicles
Four-wheel-drives are essential on our overland expeditions. We use Toyota Landcruisers, and have custom-designed these tough vehicles expressly for the demands of our expeditions. Each vehicle is fitted with wide roof hatches, and roof benches, which allow you to sit on top for all-round viewing. Our trucks are comfortable and extremely reliable.
Gear & Accommodation
We use top-of-the-line gear. You'll sleep on comfortable air mattresses in rugged Eureka tents, two people to a tent. Accommodations are based on double occupancy, so if you're traveling alone, we'll match you up with a roommate. You must bring your own sleeping bag. We also have a complete bush-kitchen, and eat our meals on comfy stools around the campfire. On our trips you'll be able to take a shower every so often, depending on the availability of water. We carry a very comprehensive medical kit.
The first and the last nights of the expedition are spent in a nice hotel.
