John Kitila is Eddie Frank's right-hand man, and has traveled every mile with him in Africa for the past 13 years. John is one of the finest safari chefs around. The magic he performs over the campfire will astound you - he even makes birthday cakes in the middle of the bush!
Over the years, Eddie has put John through intense training at some of the 5-star hotels in Zambia, honing his cooking skills. Nowadays, John is based in Moshi, and trains all of our Kilimanjaro chefs on a regular basis. They are second to none. We guarantee you'll love the food on the climb.
