EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK.
DIFFICULTY RATING - LEVEL 5 - ULTIMATE
This is one of Tusker’s most demanding treks both physically and mentally. It is the ultimate in challenges. You are hiking over rugged, steep terrain gaining steep elevation from 9,300-ft up to 18,519-ft. into areas of exposure. Daily hikes usually take up to 8 hours and include substantial daily altitude gains and losses in remote areas of Nepal’s mountain environment. Weather can be extreme. You need to be in excellent physical condition – the best of your life. Previous similar experience hiking is very important. We may ask you to get a signed physician certificate.
