Good nutritional food is one the most important elements of a successful trek. Which is why Tusker owner, Amy Frank has designed our well-planned trekking menu.
One of the problems in the Khumbu valley is sanitation. A lot of travelers in Nepal fall prey to virulent stomach bugs from the local food and water. For this reason we bring own cooking team which prepares our carefully planned meals under strict hygienic conditions. We also boil and purify all of the drinking water.
